Lynden Muggeridge  2008

Lynden Muggeridge, aged 24, needs no introduction to the Jersey Breed. He is the fourth generation of the Muggeridge family to breed stud jerseys. his parents, Judith and Malcosm, are the owners of the well performed Truday Stud. Naturally from a young age Lynden has been involved in handling and showing cattle. he has been successful in young handlers awards over the past seasons. Lynden's award also includes farming ability, with which he is well-equipped.

Starting on the family farm Lynden has also farmed on larger commercial herds and is now in his second season as farm manager of the Stratford Demonstration farm.

Keen to own his own stud herd he has acquired a number of young female cattle which run at the Truday Stud. Lynden has a keen eye for judging cattle and has been promoted a Senior Judge.

As an outside interest he is one of the top indoor bowlers in Taranaki and recently created a record in his club by winning all titles, single, pairs, tripples and fours.
