a) Senior: Any person (aged 18 years or over), partnership, company or other corporate
body , provided that the voting rights and any other personalised privileges of any such
partnership, company, or other corporate body so admitted, are vested in a particular
nominee.
b) Junior: Any person aged 5 years and under 18 years. A Junior Member shall not be
entitled to exercise any vote at any meeting of the Society nor be eligible to hold any
elected office of the Society. On the 1st April next following the Members 18th
birthday, the membership status will automatically become that of a Senior Member
unless application is otherwise made for Associate or Limited Member status.
c) Limited: Any person, partnership, company or other corporate body owning less than 10
registered animals may apply for Limited Membership, thereby abdicating from any right
to exercise a vote or voice at any Meeting of the Society, and from any eligibility to hold
any elected office of the Society.
d) Associate: The spouse of any Senior Member, and the partner(s) or associate(s) of any
nominee representing a corporate membership who may wish to enjoy attendance at any
Meeting of the Society, shall be admitted to Associate Membership. There are no voting
rights nor any eligibility to hold any elected office of the Society. By permission of the
Chairman of any Meeting, the voice may be heard.
